He continued to work for the company through the acquisitions of Systems and Computer Technology (SCT) and later SunGard Higher Education. Throughout the years, Sebastian held a variety of technical, consulting, project and management roles including General Manager of functional and product support for the Banner and all other product lines for the entire SunGard Higher Education division.
After leaving SunGard Higher Education in 2005, Sebastian began a consulting business to assist clients with their functional and technical ERP system changes as well as supporting their day to day operational processes.
In 2007, Sebastian and Vickie Ciccariello purchased Instamation, Inc. which continues to provide software development, support, implementation, training and maintenance for the Ellucian (formerly SunGard Higher Education) Campus Receivables Collector (CRC) product.
